Searching for relatives Macova, Maca

I'm search for relatives on my mother's family. Mother's maiden name
is Ruzana Macova born Aug 28,1928. Place of birth Nova ves n/l no.75
disrict court office Trebon(information taken off baptizing and birth
certificate)Her father's name is Bedrich Maca and mother's name is
Anastazie Medek.Ruzana married Harry Burton (he was in the armed
forces at the time) in 1948 and she came to the states in that
year.Her home town was Ceske Budejovice cz. I have some paper work
that she saved when they asked for permission to come to US.

I know that she has at least two brothers and a sister named Marie.
Marie is still alive in the states and is 80 years old. Would like to
find someone in her family before she pasts. That would be a wonderful
surprise for her. I know brothers were married and had children.
Children might be in their 60's because I'm in my 50's. Aunt Marie's
memory isn't that great so any help with my search would be good.

don't speak Czech. I thought about writing if I can get it translated
which I'm pretty sure I can, but as far as how to address the
