Franciszek Hupka (Polish transcription) family

Dear All,
I'm looking for history of my ancestor Franciszek Hupka.
He was born about 1750 somewhere on the territory of the present Czech
Republic, I think.
His family crest is a "Szeraszyc z Heraltz w Czesławskiem w
Czechach" (sorry but I have only Polish transcription this name).
In 1795 he bought the village Niwiska in Galicia - Poland.
He had a son Antoni and daughter Anna.
